Every custom project is different, but these answers cover the questions we receive most often.
Which design files can I send?
For 3D printing, STL and OBJ files are the easiest to quote. We can also review PDF, PNG, and JPG references. If you have STEP, CAD, or another engineering format, send a share link in the notes and tell us what you need produced.
Which material should I choose?
Tell us how the part will be used rather than guessing. PLA suits many visual models, PETG and ABS suit a range of functional parts, ASA is useful where outdoor resistance matters, and resin is suited to fine detail. We confirm the final recommendation before production.
How long will my order take?
Timing depends on design review, size, material, quantity, finishing, and current production capacity. Add your required deadline to the quotation request. We will confirm a realistic production and delivery date before the order starts.
Can you guarantee exact dimensions and appearance?
We work to the approved specification, but manufacturing processes have tolerances and materials can show small variations in colour, texture, layer lines, or finish. Tell us which dimensions and surfaces are critical so we can review them before quoting.
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. Select your Emirate when requesting a quotation. Delivery cost and timing depend on the destination, package size, and handling requirements, and will be confirmed with the quotation. Collection can also be arranged when appropriate.
What if my design is not ready for manufacturing?
We can help develop or repair a design before production. Share your idea, reference images, dimensions, intended use, and constraints. Design work is scoped and quoted separately before it begins.
