Submitting a website form is a request, not a confirmed purchase. We review the requirements and provide the scope, price in AED, estimated timing, payment terms, and any material or design assumptions before production. An order is confirmed only after you approve our written quotation or order confirmation. No payment is taken through the website request forms.
Custom and made-to-order work
Custom manufacturing may involve reasonable variations in colour, surface finish, layer appearance, dimensions, or material behaviour. We will identify important tolerances or limitations before confirmation where they affect the intended use. You must have permission to use any design, logo, image, model, or other file you provide.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes are normally possible before production starts. Once design, material purchasing, or manufacturing has begun, completed work and committed costs may be chargeable. We will explain any cost before continuing. Nothing here limits rights provided by applicable UAE consumer law.
Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection arrangements are confirmed with each order. Dates are estimates until confirmed in writing and may change if specifications, approvals, files, or customer responses are delayed. Customers should provide a complete delivery address and inspect items promptly after receipt.
Problems, defects, and support
If an item is damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved specification, contact us promptly with the order reference, a description, and clear photos. We will review the issue fairly and arrange an appropriate remedy in line with the order and applicable UAE consumer law. This may include correction, repair, replacement, repeating the service, or refund where required.
Privacy
We collect the information you submit, such as your name, email, phone number, delivery details, project requirements, and uploaded files, to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfil orders, provide support, and keep necessary business records. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, email, file handling, and order administration, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information or use order details for unrelated marketing without permission.
